Colin McCafferty
Managing Partner
Colin McCafferty is Managing Partner of McCafferty & Company. Previously, Mr. McCafferty was Director of Private Equity for Saban Capital Group, a media private equity fund. Prior to joining Saban, Mr. McCafferty was a member of the Goldman Sachs media group in New York. Mr. McCafferty began his career at CBS in New York and Japan. Mr. McCafferty was nominated for two Emmy’s for his work as a producer on the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympic Games. Mr. McCafferty received his MBA from Harvard University in 2001. He received his B.A. from Miami University, and studied at Sophia University in Japan. Mr. McCafferty serves as a Visiting Board Member of St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio and lives in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife.

Kirsten Wilson
Kirsten Wilson is a Consultant, specializing in the music sector, including values, industry metrics, transaction planning / completion, and strategic planning and modeling. Previously, Ms. Wilson was Senior Director of Global Finance, Universal Music Publishing. She began her career in PwC’s entertainment accounting and business advisory practice, working on both transaction and audit engagements. Ms. Wilson’s transaction and advisory experience includes: Windswept Music Publishing & T/Q Music, the sale of Bug Music, the sale of Ryko Music Publishing, the sale of Kara DioGuardi’s catalogue, and the purchase and integration of Rondor Music Publishing by Universal. She holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Accounting.

Bill Weiss is a strategic thinker who has been providing corporate leaders with counsel and relationship building for more than 30 years. His work has been in diverse geographies including Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Areas of recent focus include media, telecommunications, information, “green” and other emerging technologies. He is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of The Promar Group.
Tom DeLong
Thomas J. DeLong is the Philip J. Stomberg Professor of Management Practice in the Organizational Behavior area at the Harvard Business School. Before joining the Harvard Faculty, DeLong was Chief Development Officer and Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Group, Inc., where he was responsible for the firm’s human capital and focused on issues of organizational strategy and organizational change.
At Harvard, Professor DeLong teaches MBA and executive courses focused on managing human capital, organizational behavior, leadership and career management. DeLong serves as course head for the required course on Leadership and Organizational Behavior. He has designed MBA courses focusing on managing human capital in high performance organizations and strategic issues in professional service firms.
DeLong teaches globally in a myriad of executive programs as well as executive courses on campus. He also chairs the senior leadership program for Novartis and chairs the executive course for educational leaders interested in enhancing teaching through participant centered learning.
DeLong consults with leading organizations on the process of making transformational change. He is currently writing a book on the challenges of helping talented professionals who may be resistant and fearful of change.
He co-authored two books focused on leading professional service firms, When Professionals Have to Lead: A New Model for High Performance (Harvard Business School Press, 2007) and Professional Services: Cases and Texts (McGraw-Hill/Irwin 2003). DeLong has coauthored two Harvard Business Review articles, “Let’s Hear It for B Players” and “Why Mentoring Matters in a Hypercompetitive World”.
Professor DeLong received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Brigham Young University and his Ph.D. from Purdue University in Industrial Supervision. He received a post-doctoral fellowship from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Peter Lund
Mr. Lund served as President and CEO-CBS, Inc., and President and CEO-CBS Television and Cable from October 1995 to June 1997. In a career spanning 20 years at CBS, Mr. Lund held numerous positions, including President-CBS Broadcasting Group, President-CBS Sports, President-CBS Television Stations and President-CBS Television Network.
Mr. Lund is a Director of The DirecTV Group, Inc., Crown Media Holdings, Inc. and Emmis Communications Corporation.
